  • Cashew

  • Pista

    5gm

  • Dates

    10gm

  • chia seeds

    5gm

  • protein powder

    10gm

  • milk of choice

    80ml

  • Kesar

  • 1 serving 4 oz

    Instructions

    1. Roast the foxnut.
    2. Soak cashew, pista, dates and chia seeds in water for 30 mins.
    3. In a bowl add kesar stands and milk for 30 mins.
    4. Now add roasted foxnuts, soaked nuts and seeds, protein powder, kesar milk and milk in a blender and grind it.
    5. Garnish with chopped pista and kesar stands.
