Let’s make a Brazilian Carrot cake using the #BlendJet! The perfect dessert, it's so soft & moist, it’s everyone's fave in Brazil. Easy, simple & fast, no wonder it's so popular!

INGREDIENTS
eggs

olive or vegetable oil
150 ml
raw shredded carrots
200g
sugar
275g
flour
200g
baking powder
1 tbsp
1 serving 34 oz

Instructions
Add the eggs, oil and carrots to your BlendJet and blend until smooth consistency. Then add sugar and blend until everything is mixed (about 3 cycles)
Add your liquid into a bowl and then add your flour & baking powder on top. Mix everything gently until fully incorporated.
Preheat your oven at 180C or 355F
Bake for 45 minutes. Avoid opening the oven before 30 minutes
