Let’s make a Brazilian Carrot cake using the #BlendJet! The perfect dessert, it's so soft & moist, it’s everyone's fave in Brazil. Easy, simple & fast, no wonder it's so popular!

INGREDIENTS

  • eggs

    3

  • olive or vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • raw shredded carrots

    200g

  • sugar

    275g

  • flour

    200g

  • baking powder

    1 tbsp

  • 1 serving 34 oz

    Instructions

    1. Add the eggs, oil and carrots to your BlendJet and blend until smooth consistency. Then add sugar and blend until everything is mixed (about 3 cycles)
    2. Add your liquid into a bowl and then add your flour & baking powder on top. Mix everything gently until fully incorporated.
    3. Preheat your oven at 180C or 355F
    4. Bake for 45 minutes. Avoid opening the oven before 30 minutes
