Please Note: BlendJet 2’s that are currently for sale online or in retail stores are NOT impacted by this recall.

BlendJet is conducting a recall of select BlendJet 2 portable blenders due to a risk of the blender overheating or the blender blades breaking off. For more information related to this recall, please see the following announcement.

If your BlendJet 2 is recalled and you would like to request a refund (to the extent available under applicable law), you must complete the entire registration process as though you are requesting a replacement base, so that you can obtain an order number. In addition, you must (1) reply to the order confirmation email sent to you from BlendJet, state that you would like a refund instead of a replacement; (2) provide proof of purchase and the price you paid for the recalled unit; and (3) provide the serial number of the recalled unit.

A REPLACEMENT BASE OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE COMPLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR A REPLACEMENT UNIT.
