INGREDIENTS
Chicken bone broth
to preference
carrots
2 cups
garlic
3-4 pods
garlic
4 cloves
large onion, finely chopped
1
fresh ginger
2 Tbsp
lemon juice

salt
to taste

Instructions
First, blend the ginger, lemon, and garlic together
Pour the broth into a pot
Add your ginger, lemon, and garlic blend into the pot.
Add the carrots to the pot, give it a good mix, and let it simmer until the carrots soften about ( 20- 30 mins )
Once the carrots are tender, blend them with some of the broth until smooth. Keep blending in batches until all the carrots are nicely pureed
Let the soup sit for a few hours, then adjust with more lemon and salt to taste
