INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken bone broth

    to preference

  • carrots

    2 cups

  • garlic

    3-4 pods

  • garlic

    4 cloves

  • large onion, finely chopped

  • fresh ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • lemon juice

  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 serving 6 oz

    Instructions

    1. First, blend the ginger, lemon, and garlic together
    2. Pour the broth into a pot
    3. Add your ginger, lemon, and garlic blend into the pot.
    4. Add the carrots to the pot, give it a good mix, and let it simmer until the carrots soften about ( 20- 30 mins )
    5. Once the carrots are tender, blend them with some of the broth until smooth. Keep blending in batches until all the carrots are nicely pureed
    6. Let the soup sit for a few hours, then adjust with more lemon and salt to taste
