INGREDIENTS
cashews
1 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
water
1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder
2 Pinch
ghee mix
1 spoon
1 serving 13 oz

Instructions
Blend cashews until it turns into a fine powder
Melt sugar in water and let boil until one string of syrup forms with cardamom powder
Add cashews to sugar water and mix on low heat
Stir until thick
Add 1 spoon ghee mix
Transfer to greased paper
Knead for 4-5 mins to form a smooth dough
Transfer to another greased butter paper and cover with one more butter paper
Roll until slightly thick
Remove top paper and add some silver waraq
Let cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into desired shape
